Parent Involvement & Expectations

The magic of a co-op is that everyone gets to play a part! We are entirely dependent on parent involvement and leadership to bring our activities to life. Simply put: our events can only happen if we have the parents needed to run them.

To keep our community thriving, we ask that all families jump in with the following guidelines:

• Lend a Hand: All parents are expected to sign up for a volunteer role. (You’ll find a list of ways to help in your registration paperwork!)

• Stay and Connect: Parents must attend all activities and events with their children unless otherwise noted. We are not a drop-off co-op.

• Designated Caregivers: If you ever arrange to leave your child at an event with another parent, it is understood that they assume full responsibility for your child during that time.

• Divide and Conquer: If we are running events for multiple age groups at the same time, you will be expected to assist in at least one of the groups. You can primarily exptect to help with the group your child/ children are in, however you may be asked to assist in a different group where more parent support is needed.
